Airco G-45 System includes:
- One (2) minute load to load cycle time
- Produce over 1 million square feet of coated glass per year
- Panel Size up to 25" x 75" x .75"
- PLC System Control
- System includes all cables, water and vacuum manifolds
- Entry & Exit Load Tables
- Entry & Exit Load Lock Chambers
- Nine (9) cathode positions with three (3) cathodes installed
- Chrome Targets
- Airco 30 KW & 60 KW DC Power Supplies
- Gas Mass Flow Controllers (MFC's)
- Residual Gas Analizer (RGA) Installed
